At Cambridge Kung Fu we teach children's and adults martial arts classes, (Wing Chun and Escrima). We aim to teach important life skills and benefits, such as confidence, discipline, self defence and awareness in a fun, relaxed and educational environment.
Martial arts (Kung Fu and Tai Chi) for adults of all levels. Classes include, Strength and Flexibility training, Sparring, patterns (Kata), push hands, weapons training and Chinese Medicine.
A close contact martial art that is ideal for street self-defence . Using body structure over body strength , making this martial art ideal for all to study.
